The Portfolio Pathway, formerly known as CESR (Certificate of Eligibility for Specialist Registration), is a route in the UK for doctors who have gained their medical qualifications outside the UK or EU, or those who have trained in the UK but do not meet the necessary criteria for direct entry to the Specialist Register.
